Mobile Commerce Park's Location: It’s the primary attraction to nearly any piece of property. At Mobile Commerce Park, you get location plus. First, the park is strategically situated in the fastest growing region of the United States: the Southeast, which offers low taxes, year-round temperate climate, a skilled workforce and an overall high quality of life. Mobile Commerce Park is less than two minutes from interstate 10, which runs east and west between Jacksonville, Fla., and Los Angeles, Calif., and it’s only three miles from Interstate 65, which runs north and south between Mobile, Ala., and Chicago, Ill. Interstates 10 and 65 are accessible from the park via a four-lane highway. In addition, all roads within the park are four-laned for easy access.

Mobile is an ideal transportation and distribution hub. Some 65 trucking lines serve the city, but that’s only part of the equation. Five Class I railroads provide service between Mobile and destinations throughout the U.S. and Canada. The city is a deepwater seaport and regularly accommodates the largest ocean-going carriers afloat, offering world-wide service. The port provides access to more than 1,200 miles of navigable intrastate barge lanes, and another 16,000 miles of barge routes stretching from the Gulf of Mexico to the Great Lakes are accessible via the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway. And for airborne cargo, Mobile is served by two major airports, including the waterfront Brookley Aeroplex, which offers a 9,600-ft. ILS runway.”
