• Engineering of the Infrastructure, Pilings and Foundations
• Supply of Construction Power on Site, Relocation of Gas Line and Start with temporary Construction Roads
• Beginning of the hiring Process for professional salaried Positions
• Design of Administration Building and Training Center

• Continuation of the Site Preparation: Ongoing Site Grading, Filling and Grubbing Activities
• Completion of Berm Construction
