Membership is open to all businesses in the Mobile area, businesses with an interest in doing business in the area and individuals interested in contributing to the economic
well-being of the Mobile area. Annual membership dues are based on a company's number of employees.

The Chamber is composed of approximately 2,200 businesses who have joined together to maximize their business opportunities.

We offer a variety of high-profile networking venues to develop new business contacts and connect you to potential clients. Events include:
  • Business After Hours - hosted monthly at different Mobile Area Chamber member locations;
  • Networking@Noon and Speed Networking - offering you a chance to introduce your company, product and/or service to other members;
  • Contacts and Contracts - a quarterly business development networking event for small and minority-owned business owners to meet with representatives from large corporation or government agencies; and

  • Only Chamber members are referred by staff; and
  • The Chamber’s Membership Directory and Buyers Guide and its website are used both by members and non-members as resources for business listings.
Discounts and Advantages
Members have access to discounts that impact their bottom-line.
  • Discounts are available on office supplies;
  • Members receive discounted rates on room rentals at the Chamber and new members are entitled to one free room rental during office hours within their first year of membership;
  • Member-to-member discounts can be found in the “Members Only” section of the Mobile Area Chamber’s Web site; and
  • As a member of the Mobile Area Chamber, you are also a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, making you eligible for additional discounts from companies such as FedEx, Monster and Sam's Club.
